Community Bible Church had been located in various rental spaces for over twenty years when God stepped up and blessed them with a church facility.

A older Memphis church had decided to give away their building housing a six hundred seat sanctuary, fellowship hall, offices and three floors of classrooms. The Mid-town location was perfect for Community Bible’s inner city ministry but the facility needed improvements. The Memphis Sound Lab was contracted to install an entirely new media system that would accommodate their spirited style of worship. Drums, guitars, bass, keyboards plus a choir and praise singers were in need of a quality sound system with plenty of clarity and headroom. Charles Lawing chose a left-center-right system design to keep the vocals clean and the band full while making it an easier job for anyone to mix.A projector and screen was added to compliment their contemporary service.

Not only more space but a new facade was added to Covington Assembly of God church located at 1861 Highway 51 south, In Covington TN.

Their plan was to remodel and enlarge the sanctuary while adding new offices and classrooms. Music plays a large role in their service, each Sunday the choir and musicians create an atmosphere of true worship unto the Lord. The rectangular shaped sanctuary was extended, and a larger stage was added. Because of the acoustics of the long narrow room, the Memphis Sound Lab chose an ElectroVoice VI enclosure mounted in the center of a Left, Center, Right design. This system keeps the vocals clear while the band and choir sound full from all seated positions. Separating the vocals also makes it easier the audio engineer to keep the vocals above the rest of the mix. Personal monitor mixer were installed to give the band control of their in-ear monitor mix.
